What You'll Need:

• Valid California licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility for licensure
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CF credentials
• Dedication to supporting K-12 students with a variety of communication needs
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams
• Clear communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Previous school-based experience is a plus, but motivated new graduates are welcome

• Evaluate students to identify speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain timely, organized assessment and therapy documentation
• Contribute to IEP meetings and support compliance with educational regulations
