School Speech Language Pathologist - Sunnyvale, California

This full-time, on-site position offers a contract role tailored to passionate Speech-Language Pathologists, including those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year.

In this role, you will play a central part in helping students develop essential speech and language skills, collaborating closely with educators and families. As you guide students through individualized intervention plans and track measurable progress, your expertise will make a significant impact on their success in the classroom.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Holds (or is eligible for) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or is in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Valid (or eligible for) state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience or strong interest in working with preschool and elementary-aged children in a school setting
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work exclusively on-site (no teletherapy/Voco available)
• Commitment to best practices in special education and speech services

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a range of communication disorders
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation for compliance and progress monitoring
• Provide direct therapy, group interventions, and support for teachers and families
• Engage in school meetings as needed to advocate for students’ needs
