Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Current state licensure or eligibility as required
- Recent experience working in a K-12 school setting preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Collaborative attitude with a commitment to supporting student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on student needs
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing expertise to guide educational planning
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reporting
- Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student care
- Provide support and resources to staff and families regarding speech and language development
