Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Current state licensure or eligibility as required
• Recent experience working in a K-12 school setting preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Collaborative attitude with a commitment to supporting student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on student needs
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing expertise to guide educational planning
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reporting
• Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student care
• Provide support and resources to staff and families regarding speech and language development
