Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as within multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Provide targeted speech and language therapy sessions aligned with student needs
  • Track and document student progress with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and administrative staff to support student goals
  • Communicate proactively with families, engaging them in the therapy process
