Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure for speech-language pathology
- Previous experience in a K-12 educational setting preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Creative and flexible approach to supporting diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy sessions, both individual and group, in line with student goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely records according to school and legal requirements
- Support IEP meetings and contribute professional insight for student progress
- Deliver speech and language resources, strategies, and support to staff and families
