Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Sunnyvale, CA

The assignment runs from August 10, 2026, through June 3, 2027, with a full-time 40-hour work week. You’ll serve two local schools, collaborating with dedicated educators and making a broad impact across your caseload of up to 55 students.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and certification (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY considered)
• Recent school-based SLP experience preferred, especially with elementary grades
• Strong expertise in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work seamlessly across multiple campuses and balance diverse caseload needs
• Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practice

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for TK–5th grade students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based intervention in both group and individual settings
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to foster student growth
• Maintain timely documentation and progress reports, actively participating in IEP meetings
• Serve as a resource for speech and language development within the school community
