You’ll serve two local schools, collaborating with dedicated educators and making a broad impact across your caseload of up to 55 students.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and certification (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY considered)
- Recent school-based SLP experience preferred, especially with elementary grades
- Strong expertise in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work seamlessly across multiple campuses and balance diverse caseload needs
- Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practice
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for TK–5th grade students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based intervention in both group and individual settings
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to foster student growth
- Maintain timely documentation and progress reports, actively participating in IEP meetings
- Serve as a resource for speech and language development within the school community
