Key Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific student needs
- Conduct engaging and effective therapy sessions focused on speech and language objectives
- Diligently monitor progress and maintain accurate, detailed documentation
- Work closely within a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care for each student
- Initiate family engagement and education to support the therapy process beyond the classroom
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible state license in Speech-Language Pathology (State Board approval required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
- Experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Capable of working both independently and as an integral team member
