Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders in educational environments
  • Proficient in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for diverse caseloads
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations for students referred for SLP services
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students with a variety of speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success and generalize skills into the classroom
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting in compliance with school policies and state regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings as a key member of the multidisciplinary team
