Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders in educational environments
- Proficient in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for diverse caseloads
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations for students referred for SLP services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students with a variety of speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success and generalize skills into the classroom
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting in compliance with school policies and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings as a key member of the multidisciplinary team
