Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Sunnyvale, CA

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• California SLP licensure or eligibility (intern/CFY candidates considered)
• Active or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or current enrollment in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in educational environments and familiarity with IEP processes preferred
• Ability to adapt therapy strategies to diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and progress monitoring systems
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to best support student goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for educational accommodations and supports
