What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
- Develop and implement individualized IEP goals and evidence-based treatment plans
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Support students with a variety of speech, language, and communication challenges
- Adapt caseloads based on your experience and assignment requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) welcome to apply
- Prior school-based or pediatric experience is desirable
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Pay for this role ranges from $50–$70 per hour, reflecting experience and assignment complexity.
