Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited institution
  • Current California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
  • Proficiency in assessments, IEP development, and implementing therapeutic interventions
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse student needs and backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments
  • Develop and manage individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions in group and individual formats
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and student progress reviews
  • Maintain accurate and timely records and progress documentation
