Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) K–12 | 2026–2027

Location: Santa Clara, California Area
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $73,000–$94,000 annually ($50–$65/hour equivalent)

About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team in the Santa Clara, California area. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students strengthen their communication skills and achieve success in the educational setting while collaborating with educators, families, and support staff.

Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and pragmatic communication disorders in a school-based setting.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, progress reports, and compliance records.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations regarding speech and language services.
Educate families and school staff on strategies to support communication development.
Participate in professional development opportunities and team meetings.

Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
California school-based credential or eligibility to obtain one may be required.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience
1+ years of experience as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
Experience working in K–12 school settings.
Familiarity with IEPs, special education procedures, and school-based documentation systems.
