Qualifications:

• Active State SLP License (required)
• SLP Educator Certificate (required)
• Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in school settings, especially with preschool-aged children or early intervention, preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for preschoolers and students referred through Child Find
• Manage an evolving caseload; some clinicians focus on evaluations while others maintain ongoing therapy with larger groups
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational teams and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
• Maintain accurate records and thorough progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Foster a positive, solution-oriented environment for students and staff
