Key Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as required
  • Willingness to work with elementary school students; prior experience in a school setting is a plus
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organization skills
  • Clinical fellows welcome to apply; supervision is available and provided
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students
  • Dedication to developing individualized education and therapy plans

Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary-aged children in collaboration with teachers and staff
  • Develop and implement IEPs, monitor progress, and complete required documentation
  • Conduct assessments and screenings, interpreting results to inform instruction and intervention
  • Engage families, educators, and other professionals in supporting student success
  • Foster an encouraging and inclusive classroom environment
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulations and procedures
