Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid license or eligibility for Oregon SLP licensure
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience in school settings or familiarity with educational procedures
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and technology (Voco/virtual services)
- Ability to create engaging, individualized therapy plans for diverse caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluate students’ speech and language abilities virtually
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy sessions for students in both group and one-on-one settings
- Maintain thorough documentation and collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and parents
- Adapt therapy materials and strategies for effective online delivery
- Monitor student progress, adjusting goals and methods as needed
