Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid license or eligibility for Oregon SLP licensure
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Previous experience in school settings or familiarity with educational procedures
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and technology (Voco/virtual services)
• Ability to create engaging, individualized therapy plans for diverse caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluate students’ speech and language abilities virtually
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy sessions for students in both group and one-on-one settings
• Maintain thorough documentation and collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and parents
• Adapt therapy materials and strategies for effective online delivery
• Monitor student progress, adjusting goals and methods as needed
