Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Swanzey, NH

You’ll serve a caseload of 40–45 students, shared with another building SLP, allowing for balanced responsibilities across evaluations, direct therapy, and collaborative meetings. Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, writing clear and concise reports, participating actively in IEP and parent meetings, and providing high-quality speech-language services in both 1:1 and small-group formats. The workday runs from 8:00 am to 2:40 pm, for approximately 32.5–35 hours weekly, enabling a healthy work-life balance.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in New Hampshire
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Prior experience in school-based settings, preferably elementary
• Solid understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and compliance requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented and adaptable approach to collaborating with educators, families, and students
