This contract opportunity seeks dedicated professionals for two engaging roles: one full-time position in a PreK/K building (5 days per week), and another flexible 3-5 days per week in a 4th/5th grade building. Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid New Jersey SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, families, and staff
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices
  • Good organizational and time management abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and screenings to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop tailored intervention plans focused on each student’s unique goals
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to foster student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and IEP goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide consultative support and resources to classroom staff when needed
