Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Swisshome, OR

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain (SLP or SLP-CFY)
• ASHA Certification (SLP-CCC) is a plus
• Experience working in a school-based, pediatric, or teletherapy setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, educators, and families
• Ability to adapt therapy methods to diverse student populations and individualized needs
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress and success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Utilize both in-person and teletherapy modalities as needed to reach all students effectively
• Attend meetings, participate in IEP development, and provide recommendations and resources for students and staff
• Support and mentor SLP-CFYs as applicable
