Pediatric School Speech and Language Pathologist | Swisshome, Oregon

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience in school-based settings highly regarded
• Pediatric and healthcare SLP background a plus
• Comfortable delivering in-person and/or teletherapy services
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
• Provide direct therapy sessions, both in-person and via telepractice as appropriate
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student achievement
• Maintain clear, accurate progress records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Offer consultative services and training to school staff and parents
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
