Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Current, active professional SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) held for at least one year
- At least one year of experience with IEPs in a school setting
- Minimum of 10 hours/week availability; full-time hours available
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads, including Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Inspired to make a positive difference for students
- Effective communicator, with the ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
- Organized, self-driven, and resourceful in problem-solving and time management
- Confident with technology, able to quickly learn new programs and troubleshoot as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy onsite within a public school environment
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student achievement
- Maintain accurate documentation and perform digital paperwork requirements
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure holistic student support
