Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Sykesville, MD

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current, active professional SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) held for at least one year
• At least one year of experience with IEPs in a school setting
• Minimum of 10 hours/week availability; full-time hours available
• Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads, including Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Inspired to make a positive difference for students
• Effective communicator, with the ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
• Organized, self-driven, and resourceful in problem-solving and time management
• Confident with technology, able to quickly learn new programs and troubleshoot as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy onsite within a public school environment
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student achievement
• Maintain accurate documentation and perform digital paperwork requirements
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure holistic student support
