Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to manage documentation efficiently and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students
  • Evaluate, assess, and document student progress
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in coordination with teachers and other specialists
  • Maintain ongoing communication with families and educators to support student success
  • Attend meetings as required to review goals, progress, and recommendations for student support
