Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage documentation efficiently and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students
- Evaluate, assess, and document student progress
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in coordination with teachers and other specialists
- Maintain ongoing communication with families and educators to support student success
- Attend meetings as required to review goals, progress, and recommendations for student support
