Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state license (or eligibility) to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience working with high school-aged students is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues
  • Strong organizational skills and commitment to collaborative practice

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to high school students
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and compliance documentation
  • Provide support, resources, and education to the school community regarding speech and language development
