Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state license (or eligibility) to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience working with high school-aged students is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to collaborative practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to high school students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and compliance documentation
- Provide support, resources, and education to the school community regarding speech and language development
