Step into a dynamic, supportive school community serving elementary students across two engaging campuses. This contract opportunity offers the chance to impact young learners from transitional kindergarten through 6th grade. You'll provide essential speech-language services to a diverse range of students, including those with mild articulation needs, mild to moderate language deficits, and students requiring AAC support.

Your week will be split between two vibrant school sites—spending two days at one location (with staff hours from 7:45 am to 3:15 pm), and three days at the other (8:15 am to 3:45 pm). The assignment is full-time and offers year-round engagement: start as soon as possible, commit through June 11th, or extend into our summer session from June 17th through July 17th. Desired Qualifications:

  • Active licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with elementary and/or PreK students in school settings
  • Skilled in servicing students with mild articulation, mild-moderate language disorders, and AAC needs
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and provide direct speech-language therapy to students TK-6th
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and implement appropriate interventions
  • Consult with teachers and parents to support student communication needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and interdisciplinary teamwork
