Key qualifications and experience:

  • Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY)
  • Background in pediatric speech therapy, preferably in a school setting
  • Experience with teletherapy or a willingness to learn virtual platforms
  • Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans and delivering direct services
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
  • Compassionate approach when working with students, families, and staff

Primary responsibilities:

  • Provide speech, language, and communication interventions to K-12 students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate and timely service documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
  • Participate in eligibility, IEP, and team meetings as needed
  • Adapt to both in-person and teletherapy service modalities
