Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current or eligible CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status
  • Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prior school-based experience or a keen interest in working across K-12 settings
  • Enthusiasm for working collaboratively and contributing to student achievement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver therapy for students with communication disorders
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to foster student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation, progress reports, and compliance with all regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Adapt sessions and service delivery for remote or in-person needs as required
