An exciting opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist is available in a K-12 educational setting near Syracuse, NY. This contract role covers the 2025–2026 academic year, from September to June, with the primary caseload encompassing elementary students and a smaller group of high schoolers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to support student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers and staff on accommodations and educational modifications
- Regularly monitor and document student growth, adjusting interventions where necessary
- Participate meaningfully in IEP meetings, helping shape student objectives
- Communicate proactively with parents and caregivers, providing guidance and resources
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or eligible state SLP license
- Prior experience with school-aged children is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes and relevant legal frameworks in education
