Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Syracuse, New York

This position seeks two dedicated SLPs to support both the north side of Onondaga (1.5 FTE) and the south side (0.5 FTE). Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in New York
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
• Experience in school-based and pediatric environments strongly desired
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is an advantage
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication screenings and assessments for K–12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Deliver direct therapy services individually and in groups, both in-person and via teletherapy platforms as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
• Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with school and federal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and team conferences
• Provide mentorship and support to a CF candidate, ensuring a nurturing clinical fellowship experience
