Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Syracuse, NY

We’re seeking skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to serve a full school-year contract near Syracuse, NY. With both pediatric and school-based therapy opportunities, you’ll empower young learners to reach their communication goals. There are multiple openings available—three on the north side of Onondaga and one on the south side. Teletherapy options may also be considered for qualified candidates.

Ideal candidates will bring a passion for making a difference in students’ lives, along with strong clinical and collaboration skills. New graduates who are completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are also encouraged to apply.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligible CFY candidates considered
• Previous experience in schools, pediatrics, healthcare, or teletherapy preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches based on student needs
• Commitment to a full school-year contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency challenges
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
• Offer both direct and consultative services in individual or group settings
• Monitor and document students’ progress throughout the academic year
