Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current or pending state license to practice in Washington
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but open to strong CFY candidates
• Energetic, flexible, and dedicated to supporting students across K-12 grades

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments, diagnostics, and therapeutic interventions for a broad K-12 caseload
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers and families
• Monitor student progress, maintain detailed records, and adapt interventions for optimal success
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for holistic student support
• Serve as a resource to staff and parents, fostering a positive and inclusive environment
