Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current or pending state license to practice in Washington
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but open to strong CFY candidates
- Energetic, flexible, and dedicated to supporting students across K-12 grades
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, diagnostics, and therapeutic interventions for a broad K-12 caseload
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers and families
- Monitor student progress, maintain detailed records, and adapt interventions for optimal success
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for holistic student support
- Serve as a resource to staff and parents, fostering a positive and inclusive environment
