Two experienced SLPs are needed to cover upcoming maternity leaves, with assignments designed to fit your schedule and expertise. Choose between a full-time position from September 4th through January 31st, or a part-time assignment starting ASAP through the end of the school year (2 days per week). Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid CCC-SLP certification required
  • Washington state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Prior experience working in school settings is highly valued
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting individual education plans (IEPs)
  • Flexibility to adapt to different caseloads and student needs

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
  • Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized intervention for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports in accordance with district policies
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student success
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and goal development
  • Foster an inclusive, positive learning atmosphere for all students
