Two experienced SLPs are needed to cover upcoming maternity leaves, with assignments designed to fit your schedule and expertise. Choose between a full-time position from September 4th through January 31st, or a part-time assignment starting ASAP through the end of the school year (2 days per week). Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid CCC-SLP certification required
- Washington state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience working in school settings is highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting individual education plans (IEPs)
- Flexibility to adapt to different caseloads and student needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
- Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized intervention for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports in accordance with district policies
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student success
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and goal development
- Foster an inclusive, positive learning atmosphere for all students
