Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active, valid state license as an SLP (CCC-SLP preferred)
- Recent experience providing speech and language services in a K-12 school environment
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
- Comfortable working exclusively onsite; virtual SLPs and SLPAs will not be considered
- Committed to evidence-based practice, culturally responsive care, and IEP documentation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with a range of speech and language needs
- Assess and identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Collaborate with teachers, aides, administrators, and families to support student growth
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and comprehensive documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in case conferences, professional development sessions, and ongoing training opportunities
