Desired Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Washington state license and ASHA CCCs (or active CFY status)
• Prior experience working with PreK-12 students in school settings is highly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to in-person service delivery
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop, implement, and adjust IEP goals specific to individual student needs
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with local and federal regulations
• Consult with teachers, families, and other support staff regarding best practices and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
• Deliver engaging individual and small group interventions while fostering a supportive learning atmosphere
