Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current (or eligibility for) Washington SLP license
• Washington ESA certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Fingerprinted through OSPI, or willingness to complete process
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• School-based experience is advantageous
• Positive, collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills

Position Highlights:

• Contract role covering the full 2026–2027 school year (September 1, 2026 – June 23, 2027)
• Onsite-only position—engage directly with students and staff
• Serve a diverse K–12 caseload (more specifics coming soon)
• Work a consistent 37.5-hour week
• Provide direct therapy, evaluations, and IEP support
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other educators
• Develop and deliver intervention plans to promote student success
• Champion each child’s communication development in an inclusive school environment
