Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Washington State SLP licensure
  • 2+ years of practice in pediatrics, schools, or comparable settings is preferred
  • SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and candidates with school-based experience are encouraged
  • SLPs with experience in healthcare, Medicaid billing, and pediatric populations will thrive
  • Must have an active Medicaid provider number
  • An existing CAQH profile and credentialing with insurance companies are required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, diagnostics, and implement evidence-based therapy plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and monitor IEPs
  • Maintain clear records and billing for Medicaid and other insurance providers
  • Support a positive learning environment that inspires growth in communication skills
