This rewarding contract opportunity runs from September through December 18th and offers the chance to work closely with 45 preschool students, fostering essential communication skills during a formative stage. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure and/or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Completion of a clinical fellowship or prior school-based experience preferred
  • Familiarity with IEPs and documentation requirements for special education
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage young learners, families, and staff
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to a preschool caseload of approximately 45 students
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and re-evaluations as necessary
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with student IEP goals
  • Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and interventions
  • Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to support student achievement
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff collaborations, and parent communications
