Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state license or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is highly desirable; CFY candidates are also welcome
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and adaptable to diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized IEP goals and therapy plans
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services in one-on-one and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development
