Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting is advantageous, but open to new graduates completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong commitment to student success and professional growth

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments for students with communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to monitor and support students’ progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and guidance to support student achievement
  • Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
  • Stay abreast of emerging practices through ongoing professional development
