What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current WA SLP License (must be fingerprinted through OSPI)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• School-based SLP experience preferred
• Flexibility to work onsite or remotely (VOCO) as needed
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage a caseload of 40–50 students in a resource room setting at Midland Elementary
• Provide evaluation, therapy, and support services to students with communication disorders
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment for students
