Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for licensure (CFY welcomed)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in K-12 educational settings or strong pediatric background
  • Proficiency in healthcare-related SLP practices, including assessment, intervention, and IEP development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families
  • Commitment to professional growth and evidence-based practice

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to K-12 students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Travel seamlessly between multiple school sites within the district, fostering relationships and continuity of care
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success
  • Contribute actively to a positive, inclusive school culture and ongoing program development
