Step into a fulfilling role as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting K-12 students in a dynamic educational setting. You’ll work full time from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., providing essential services across 1-2 school buildings. Experience and Skills Sought:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • State licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of evaluation methods and therapy for students with a wide variety of communication needs, including non-verbal
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for IEP collaboration, documentation, and parent communication
  • Adaptable attitude and commitment to supporting diverse learners across K-12 grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Provide both direct and consultative services in accordance with IEP goals
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Adapt materials and strategies to support non-verbal and augmentative/alternative communication (AAC) users
  • Manage caseload within 1-2 school buildings, maintaining thorough and timely documentation
