Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
  • Pennsylvania SLP licensure (or eligibility)
  • Experience working in school-based settings or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Passion for supporting young learners’ academic and social-emotional success

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students grades K-4
  • Consult with classroom teachers and families to ensure student progress and facilitate best outcomes
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Maintain detailed documentation of student goals, services, and progress
  • Attend team meetings, professional development sessions, and participate in school-based initiatives
  • Serve as a collaborative partner with staff and families to foster a positive and inclusive school culture
