Grades K - 5 School Speech Language Pathologist - Tampa, FL

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current, valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are welcome to apply
• Familiarity with therapy approaches appropriate for K–5 students, including individualized and group services
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Experience with IEP development and multidisciplinary teams is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized tools
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to elementary-aged learners
• Provide direct intervention to address articulation, fluency, voice, receptive/expressive language delays, and pragmatic/social skills
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student progress
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings
• Engage in ongoing professional development and school-based team activities
