Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Tappahannock, VA

What you'll need to succeed:

• Current VA Speech-Language Pathology License
• Experience or interest in working with pediatric populations in a school setting
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Enthusiasm for working collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering comprehensive speech and language services to students in individual or group settings
• Designing and implementing therapy plans tailored to students’ unique needs
• Completing evaluations, progress monitoring, and documentation in line with school standards
• Supporting multidisciplinary teams to promote academic and social success for diverse learners
• Engaging with families to facilitate communication goals and advocate for student development
