School-Based Occupational Therapist Opportunity | Tarboro, NC

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based position in Tarboro, North Carolina.

Position Details

Location: Tarboro, NC
Schedule: 32 hours per week
School-based setting
Serve approximately 35 students across 3 schools
Schools 1 and 2 are located on the same campus, with the third school less than 4 miles away

Caseload

Approximately 35 students
25 students receiving direct occupational therapy services
10 students receiving consultative services
Participate in the district's TPBA (Play-Based Assessment) team one day per week, providing preschool evaluations

Responsibilities

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and provide direct treatment services
Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required documentation
Support preschool evaluations as part of the TPBA team

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
Active North Carolina OT License
School-based experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
