Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure for SLP in Massachusetts
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
- Previous experience as a school-based SLP preferred
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with students, families, and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in the summer ESY program
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s IEP goals
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions in group and individual settings
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in meetings as needed
- Consult with educators and families to optimize student learning outcomes
