Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid and current SLP license
• Experience working with students in K–12 settings (K–5, 6–8, and 9–12)
• Knowledge of a range of speech and language disorders, intervention techniques, and best practices for school-based settings
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and plan individualized intervention for students with speech, language, or communication needs
• Provide direct therapy services one-on-one or in small groups
• Develop and maintain documentation, progress notes, and required reports
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support IEP implementation and student growth
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
• Offer guidance and resources to students, educators, and families throughout the year
