Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive K–12 school team in Taylor, TX for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time position serving students across multiple grade levels, providing evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for a variety of speech and language disorders. The ideal candidate is collaborative, student-centered, and committed to helping learners achieve their communication goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for K–12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct and indirect therapy services in accordance with student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
  • Support students with a wide range of communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and voice

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active Texas SLP license or eligibility to obtain
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs encouraged to apply, if applicable)
  • Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
