The school is seeking a dedicated SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CFY) who delivers high-quality therapy and embraces the onsite school setting.
Key Qualifications:
- Active or pending Speech-Language Pathology license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and goal writing
- Familiarity with ECATS and Medicaid documentation is ideal
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work onsite across two school locations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services to a diverse caseload (elementary and preschool students)
- Evaluate students’ speech and language abilities and needs
- Participate in IEP meetings to develop individualized education plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in ECATS and Medicaid systems
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Adapt therapeutic approaches to suit age levels and developmental needs
