Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license and eligibility in the state
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Experience in pediatrics and/or school-based settings
  • Skill in evaluating and treating a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Strong interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
  • Comfortable utilizing ECATS and documenting for Medicaid compliance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, direct speech-language pathology services to students at both elementary and preschool levels
  • Provide consultative and support services to teachers, families, and other staff
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop intervention plans, and implement individualized therapy
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings—contributing expertise and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain timely, accurate records in ECATS and complete Medicaid documentation as required
  • Engage with onsite teams and provide flexible, evidence-based support across both designated school sites
