The school is seeking a dedicated SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CFY) who delivers high-quality therapy and embraces the onsite school setting.

Key Qualifications:

• Active or pending Speech-Language Pathology license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and goal writing
• Familiarity with ECATS and Medicaid documentation is ideal
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work onsite across two school locations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative SLP services to a diverse caseload (elementary and preschool students)
• Evaluate students’ speech and language abilities and needs
• Participate in IEP meetings to develop individualized education plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in ECATS and Medicaid systems
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Adapt therapeutic approaches to suit age levels and developmental needs
