Step into an impactful role providing exceptional speech-language pathology services to school-aged students across several counties in Illinois. Opportunities are available for both part-time and full-time schedules, making this an excellent fit for SLPs seeking flexibility and professional variety. With multiple positions open, you'll collaborate with dedicated education teams and make a difference in students’ communication success and academic achievement.

We are searching for candidates with experience or strong interest in pediatric speech therapy, experienced SLPs with CCC, as well as SLPs completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)—support and supervision are readily provided. Roles span Montgomery, Macoupin, Christian, Bond, and Fayette counties, with the option to work in person, via teletherapy, or a combination of both to support students' needs in dynamic educational settings.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid Illinois SLP license or eligibility; ASHA CCC preferred, but strong CFs will be considered
  • Pediatric experience, preferably in school settings
  • Proficiency in teletherapy technology and remote service delivery is highly valued
  • Dedication to fostering student growth and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
  • SLPA credentials are not being considered at this time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized speech and language intervention plans
  • Provide direct therapy to students, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Communicate regularly with families, teachers, and staff regarding student needs
  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
  • Engage in ongoing professional development
