Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a welcoming school district for the 2026–2027 school year. We are actively hiring both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced CCC-SLPs who are passionate about helping students build the communication skills they need to succeed academically and socially.

Full-time hours
Onsite position
2026–2027 school year
CF and CCC candidates encouraged to apply
Caseload assigned based on experience and district needs
Supportive administration and multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
For Clinical Fellows: Complete Clinical Fellowship requirements under the supervision of an experienced CCC-SLP mentor

Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active state SLP license (or eligibility)
Clinical Fellow (CF) or ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
School-based experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
