Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Active state licensure (or ability to obtain promptly)
  • Experience supporting K–12 students in school settings preferred
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
  • Positive, flexible approach to working with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech, language, and communication assessments and therapy to students as specified in IEPs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
  • Monitor progress and maintain accurate records, preparing reports as needed
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, counselors, and special education staff
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide support and resources to families to help students succeed
  • Adapt services for a diverse caseload across multiple grade levels
