Pediatric Virtual School SLP | New Mexico

An opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual teletherapy services, supporting pediatric clients in a school setting. This contract position offers flexibility with full-time (37.5 hours per week) or part-time schedules available, tailored to individual preferences and needs.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality speech and language therapy sessions through telepractice platforms, developing and implementing treatment plans based on client goals, and collaborating with educational staff and families to promote communication development. The caseload age preferences can be discussed during the interview process to best align with professional interests and expertise.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly within school environments (school-based experience is beneficial but not mandatory)
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and virtual client management
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage clients effectively in a virtual format
• Flexibility and adaptability to support a diverse caseload
