Teletherapy Speech Language Pathologist in FL

A contract opportunity is available for licensed Speech Language Pathologists to deliver telespeech and teletherapy services within a school setting. This role supports students in multiple schools located in the Golden Gate City and Immokalee areas, serving a diverse K-12 population.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing direct speech therapy services to students via teletherapy platforms
• Completing timely and accurate Individualized Education Program (IEP) documentation
• Participating in virtual IEP meetings with educators and families
• Coordinating services across multiple school locations to ensure comprehensive care

Essential qualifications for this position:

• Active Florida Department of Health Speech Language Pathology licensure
• Prior experience with virtual speech therapy delivery strongly preferred
• Successful completion of previous assignment platforms like VocoVision is highly desirable
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all credentialing and fingerprinting requirements specific to Florida school districts
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Additional details:

• Position start date: August 11, 2026, through May 27, 2027
• Flexible full-time or part-time schedule offering up to 35 hours per week (7 hours per day)
• Evaluations are conducted in person and not through virtual methods
• Fingerprint clearance and issuance of a JLA badge are mandatory prior to assignment start
